The You Little Beauty (ULB) Marine Rescue Pod©
This amazing world’s first invention, developed by Little Ripper Lifesaver, as a member of The Ripper Group company, consists of a parcel (or Pod) containing marine rescue and safety devices which are mounted and deployed from under the Mini Ripper Lifesaver UAVs by operators on the beach.
From a hovering position above the person/s in distress, the UAV operator can use a directional loud speaker on the UAV to calm the patient and, if needed, deploy the Rescue Pod.
The ULB Marine Rescue Pod contains a water-activated floatation device that self inflates and safely supports 3-4 persons. The ULB Pod also has an automatic SOLAS light for night rescue, SOLAS grade high visibility retro-reflective tape, large sea anchor and can include a SharkShield®, the only scientifically validated shark deterrent device available. The lightweight ULB Marine Rescue Pods are reusable.
